Free Case Evaluations

Last updated: 8/3/26

1. Who we are

This website is operated by ACCIDENT REPORT LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing

business as "Free Case Evaluations" ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal

information we collect through freecaseevaluation.org and any related pages or forms we operate

(the "Site"), how we use it, and who we give it to.

Free Case Evaluations is an independent attorney advertising network. We are not a law firm, we

are not a lawyer referral service, and we do not provide legal advice. Advertising costs are paid

by participating attorneys in a joint advertising program. Submitting your information to us does

not create an attorney-client relationship with us or with any attorney.

The purpose of this Site is to connect people who want to speak

with an attorney to attorneys who want to speak with them. That means we share what you submit.

2. Information you give us

When you use our quiz or contact form, we collect the information you enter, which may include:

- your name

- your phone number

- your email address

- your city, state, or ZIP code

- the date and general circumstances of an accident or incident

- whether you were injured, the general nature of your injuries, and whether you have received

medical treatment

- whether you have already spoken with or hired an attorney

- insurance and claim information you choose to give us

- anything else you type into a free-text field

You do not have to answer any question. If you leave questions blank we may still be able to use

what you did give us.

Information about your health or injuries

Some of what we ask relates to your physical condition. Several state privacy laws treat that as

sensitive personal information, and we handle it accordingly. We are not a HIPAA covered entity

and we are not a business associate of one. Information you submit here is not protected health

information under HIPAA, and the protections HIPAA gives to records held by your doctor or hospital

do not apply to what you type into this Site.

3. Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site we and our service providers collect:

- IP address, general location derived from it, and internet service provider

- device type, operating system, browser, and screen size

- the pages you view, the buttons you click, how long you stay, and how far you scroll

- the referring website, search terms, and any advertising or campaign identifiers in the link you

arrived on

- partially completed form entries, including information typed into a field before you submit or

leave the page

We use cookies, pixels, tags, session replay, and similar technologies for this. Section 10 explains

your choices.

4. Information we receive from others

We may receive information about you from advertising platforms, marketing partners, publishers who

run our ads, data providers, and publicly available sources, and we may combine it with what we

already hold about you.

5. How we share your information

Sharing is the point of this Site, not an exception to it. When you submit the form you are

asking to be contacted, and we share what you gave us so that you can be contacted.

We disclose your information to:

a. Participating attorneys and law firms. We give your submission to one or more attorneys or

law firms in our network who handle matters of the type you described, in or serving your state.

More than one may receive it. Once an attorney has your information, that attorney is responsible

for what they do with it under their own privacy practices and their own professional obligations,

not ours. **We do not evaluate, endorse, or guarantee any attorney in the network, and we do not

promise that any attorney will contact you or take your case.

b. Our affiliates. Companies under common ownership or control with us, and other brands and

websites we operate, for the purposes described in this Policy.

c. Marketing partners. Businesses that operate the advertising and lead generation programs

through which you reached us, and businesses offering related products or services.

d. Service providers. Vendors that run the Site and our operations on our behalf, including

hosting, customer relationship management, form and quiz software, telephone and text message

providers, call tracking and call recording providers, email providers, analytics providers,

advertising platforms, and fraud and consent verification services.

e. Legal and safety. Courts, regulators, and law enforcement where we believe disclosure is

required by law or legal process, or is necessary to protect our rights, enforce our terms,

investigate fraud, or protect the safety of any person.

f. Business transfers. A buyer, investor, lender, or successor in connection with a merger,

financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or insolvency.

Compensation, and what that means under state privacy laws

We and our affiliates are compensated by participating attorneys in connection with this

advertising program. Because money changes hands and personal information is disclosed, some

state privacy laws may treat these disclosures as a "sale" of personal information or as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral

advertising, whether or not that is how we would describe it. Residents of states that give an

opt-out right can exercise it as described in Section 12, including through the link labeled

"Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information."

Opting out does not undo a submission you have already made or recall information an attorney

already received.

6. How we use your information

We use your information to:

- contact you about your inquiry, by phone, text message, and email

- determine which attorneys in our network may be able to help and route your submission to them

- verify the information you gave us and confirm your consent to be contacted

- operate, secure, test, and improve the Site and our forms

- measure and improve our advertising, including matching your activity to the ad you came from

- market our own and our affiliates' services to you

- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful activity

- comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use

7. Calls, text messages, and automated technology

When you submit the form, you give your prior express written consent to receive telephone calls,

pre-recorded messages, and SMS and MMS text messages from Free Case Evaluations, our affiliates, and

network attorneys at the phone number you provided, **including messages sent using automated

technology, auto-dialers, and AI-generated voice technology, for marketing or case evaluation

purposes.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services or of hiring an

attorney. You can ask to speak with an attorney without agreeing to automated contact by

contacting us at the address in Section 15.

Other things you should know:

- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help.

- To stop calls, tell the caller to stop, or contact us at the address in Section 15.

- You may revoke consent by any reasonable means, and we will honor a revocation however it

reaches us.

- Stopping one channel does not automatically stop the others. Tell us if you want all contact

to stop, and we will treat that as a request to stop calls, texts, and email.

- A revocation stops contact from us. **Attorneys who already received your information contact you

on their own behalf, and you may need to tell them separately to stop.** Tell us and we will pass

the request on.

- We maintain an internal do-not-call list and honor requests to be added to it.

Who is in the network

The attorneys and law firms participating in this program change over time. To find out which

attorney or firm received your information, or to receive the current list of participating

attorneys, contact us using Section 15 and we will tell you.

#8. Call recording and monitoring

Calls with us, and calls placed to you through our systems, may be monitored or recorded for

quality, training, verification of consent, and record keeping. Where the law requires notice or

consent to record, we or our provider will tell you at the start of the call. If you do not want to

be recorded, say so and we will end the recording or the call.

9. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy and then for as long

as we need it to comply with law, resolve disputes, defend claims, and maintain records of consent

and of do-not-contact requests. **Records that show whether and how you consented, and whether and

when you asked us to stop, are kept even after you ask us to delete other information, because we

need them to honor your request and to comply with telemarketing law.

10. Cookies, analytics, and advertising choices

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. Parts of the

Site may not work properly if you do.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for

residents of states that require it. Our Site does not otherwise respond to Do Not Track signals,

because there is no common standard for them.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital

Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at

optout.networkadvertising.org. These tools control advertising cookies. They do not stop the sharing

described in Section 5.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we

hold. **No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee

the security of information you send us. Do not send us documents, images, or details you are not

prepared to have shared with an attorney.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

- know what personal information we have collected about you, where we got it, why we have it, and

who we disclosed it to

- receive a copy of it in a portable form

- correct inaccurate personal information

- delete personal information, subject to exceptions we are allowed to keep

- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information

- opt out of targeted advertising

- limit the use of sensitive personal information

- appeal a decision we make on your request

- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights

To make a request, use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link on the Site or

contact us using Section 15. We will ask for information to verify who you are before we act, and we

will only use what you give us for verification for that purpose. An authorized agent may make a

request for you if you give them written permission and we can verify it.

We answer requests within the time the applicable law allows, currently 45 days in most states, and

we will tell you if we need an extension.

California residents. In addition to the rights above, you may ask us once a year for a list of

the categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing

purposes and who received it. The categories of personal information we collect, the sources, the

purposes, and the categories of recipients are described in Sections 2 through 6.

Georgia residents. Georgia does not currently have a general consumer privacy statute giving

these rights. We extend the request process in this Section to Georgia residents anyway. Contact

us and we will handle your request the same way.

13. Children

The Site is for adults. Do not use this Site or submit information if you are under 18. We do

not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given

us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you are a parent or guardian asking about a claim on behalf of a minor, submit your own contact

information rather than the child's.

14. Other websites, and changes to this Policy

The Site may link to websites we do not control, including the websites of participating attorneys.

We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Read their policies.

We may update this Policy. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material

changes will be posted on this page before they take effect. Changes are not retroactive and do not

apply to information already shared under an earlier version.
